Processing & Fulfillment Time
All orders are processed within 5–8 business days. As our products are handcrafted, this time allows us to carefully create and prepare your order.


Shipping & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email is entered correctly to receive updates.


Carrier Responsibility
After your package leaves KeyAura and is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer liable for the package. This includes delays, lost packages, or damages that may occur during transit.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, you must contact USPS directly to resolve the issue. You may also file a claim with them using your tracking number.


Incorrect Shipping Information
KeyAura is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
